Refund and Cancellation Policy
Bholenath Book offers digital services and virtual credits. Due to the digital nature of these services, all “deposits” or “recharges” made to your account are considered final and non-refundable once the credit has been applied to your user dashboard.
Cancellation of Services
Users may stop using the services at any time. However, stopping use does not entitle the user to a refund of any remaining balance or previous payments. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend an account if we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
Rules of Conduct
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch on our end.
- Failed Delivery: If a payment was successfully processed from your bank but the digital credits were not added to your account within 48 hours of your support ticket.
Refund Process
To request a review for an exceptional refund, you must:
- Contact our support team via the official channels provided on the site.
- Provide a transaction ID, date of payment, and a screenshot of the bank confirmation.
- Allow 5-7 business days for our financial team to investigate the claim.
